Prayer

Prayer is a skill where you can enable certain abilities during combat to enhance what you do. Many of the prayers are combat related, having to do with combat stats. There are 2 types of Prayer choices - Regular, and Curses.

Regular prayers[]

	37	Protects 100% of the mage attacks from NPC's Protects 40% of the mage attacks from players
	40	Protects 100% of the range attacks from NPC's Protects 40% of the range attacks from players
	43	Protects 100% of the melee attacks from NPC's Protects 40% of the melee attacks from players
	44	Increases ranged by 15%
	45	Increases magic by 15%
	46	Damages the person that killed you if he is right next to you.
	49	Restores some health if your hitpoints go under 10% This will drain your prayer to 0
	52	1/40 of the damage you do gets drained from your opponents prayer
	60	Increases 20% defence, 18% strength and 15% of your attack
	65	Increases Attack/Defence by 15%, in addition to 15% of your opponent's Attack/Defence.Also increases Strength by 23%, in addition to 10% of your opponent's Strength.
	70	Increases 25% defence, 23% strength and 20% of your attack
	74	Increases ranged by 20% and defence by 25% Costs 190k dungeoneering tokens
	77	Increases magic by 20% and defence by 25% Costs 200k dungeoneering tokens

Curse prayers[]

	74	Drains attack from your opponent
	76	Drains range from your opponent
	78	Drains magic from your opponent
	80	Drains defence from your opponent
	82	Drains strength from your opponent
	84	Steals run energy from the player you are fighting when activated
	86	Steals special attack from the player you are fighting when activated
	89	If active, damage of up to 250% of your max Prayer will be dealt to all nearby enemies upon your death. Will not hurt other players in non-PvP areas. Will not hit multiple enemies in single-combat areas.
	92	1/4 of the damage you deal, will heal you.
	95	Increases Attack/Defence by 15%, in addition to 15% of your opponent's Attack/Defence.Also increases Strength by 23%, in addition to 10% of your opponent's Strength.

Training methods[]

There are 2 methods of training the prayer skill. Burying the bones or using them on an altar. Burying the bones is the easiest but longer way of training the skill. Just stand at a bank, take the bones in your inventory and click on the bones to gain prayer experience.

A faster way is using the bones on an altar. You will have to walk from the bank to an altar, but its more cost-reducing. There are 3 decent locations to use bones on an altar

EXP rates[]

SoulSplit accounts can be created in 4 different game modes. Each game mode has a different EXP rate for the prayer skill. Not only game modes can change your EXP rates. You will also gain more EXP when training the skill in world 3 or in world 4. To maximize your EXP rates, it's suggested to also use prayer brawlers, which you can get from using auth codes or which you can buy from players.
